Job Purpose
Drive sales by handling leads, engaging clients, and closing deals through the Homes platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Basic understanding of real estate market and property sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
