Job Purpose
We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing performance, improving ROI, and driving qualified leads through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for maximum ROI
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets
- Analyze audience behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaigns to enhance performance
- Track and report on key metrics including CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in media buying or digital advertising
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics
- Experience using analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
