We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the overall sales function at Homes. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building high-performance sales teams, and establishing strong partnerships with developers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Own and drive revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Establish strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key partners
  • Build, lead, and scale a multi-level sales organization (Managers, Team Leaders, Agents)
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks across all levels
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture
  • Coach and develop leadership capabilities within the team
  • Oversee the full sales funnel (leads → pipeline → closing → revenue)
  • Ensure efficient lead management and conversion processes
  • Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Design and optimize commission structures and incentive programs
  • Align with Marketing to ensure lead generation strategy and quality
  • Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to enhance platform performance (CRM, MLS, tools)
  • Work closely with senior management on strategic planning and execution
  • Track and analyze key business metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health)
  • Provide regular executive reports and performance insights
  • Use data to drive strategic decisions and optimize sales performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong experience in real estate brokerage, property sales, or PropTech environment
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and scaling sales teams
  • Strong network within the real estate developer and brokerage market
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, pipelines, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing large teams and multi-level sales structures
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
