Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, manage, and drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring efficient conversion of leads into closed deals through the Homes platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales strategy in alignment with company objectives
  • Translate targets into clear team plans and daily execution activities
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow
  • Drive conversion from leads to closed deals
  • Lead and manage Sales Team Leaders and Sales Agents
  • Set clear targets and monitor individual and team performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results and accountability
  • Oversee lead distribution, follow-up discipline, and closing activities

 

  • Ensure full utilization of the CRM system across the team
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Support the team in closing complex or high-value deals
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure lead generation quality and volume
  • Align with Product/Tech team to improve platform efficiency (CRM, MLS, tools)
  • Coordinate with senior management on performance updates and business insights
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (conversion rate, revenue, pipeline)
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize team performance and sales strategies

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 8 -10  years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
    • Strong experience in real estate sales or brokerage environment
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of sales pipelines, CRM systems, and lead management
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
