Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across social platforms. The role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, comments, and messages
- Monitor trends and create relevant, engaging, and timely content
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize content accordingly
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visual and written content
- Plan and manage social media campaigns and promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Track competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (English & Arabic preferred)
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
