Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The role will oversee all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage all marketing channels including digital, social media, paid campaigns, and branding
- Oversee lead generation strategies to support sales and brokerage teams
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business needs
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies
- Oversee content strategy, campaigns, and brand positioning
- Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights and reports
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships when required
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
